To me, wellness is a fluid process. It’s about healing from the inside out. It’s the awareness of self and the desire for growth. It is infused with gentle self compassion. Knowing that we are human. Releasing the chains of perfection. Enjoying the chocolate. Seeking our own innate joy. Shifting our attention to gratitude.
