As fall is approaching, making sure you and your family keep your immune system strong and vital is imperative. There is so much you can do to boost your immune system. We will be focusing more on this throughout the next few months.
Essential oils can be incredibly helpful in helping prevent and heal illness. They work with the natural healing abilities of your body. We will be offering pre-diluted rollers for you to purchase. Each roller will contain at least 20 drops of PURE, therapeutic grade Doterra oils. They are diluted in pure coconut oil, which makes administering it safer for your family. Please refer to Meghan’s oil guide HERE to learn more about using essential oils. They are highly effective and potent and must be used with care. The article will review important guidelines and how to use with children.
We follow the NAHA recommendation for dilution (please contact us for more diluted versions for children):
For adults:
2.5% dilution = 15 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier
3% dilution = 20 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier
5% dilution = 30 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier
10% dilution = 60 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier

All rollers can be picked up near the Marietta Square. **We can also make a more diluted version for children or those with extremely sensitive skin. We follow the dilution recommendation listed above based on the recommendation of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.
